Pop Up Patisserie at Baltic Bakehouse

We are very pleased to be teaming up Chris Sibthorp from Éponine Patisserie, to run a french patisserie pop up at Baltic Bakehouse. Liverpool's only sourdough bakery will be working with Chris to host a day of classic french patisserie and french food. Liverpool lacks anywhere doing top quality pastry and Chris wants to change that, he will be bringing his high skill baking to Baltic Bakehouse for one day.
The Patisserie Menu
Tarte au chocolat: Crisp pate sablee filled with a rich, dark chocolate ganache made with single origin chocolates
Tarte au citron: Parisian style lemon tart. Rich almond pastry filled with a super smooth, tangy lemon cream
Tarte au framboise: Fresh raspberries with vanilla cream and almond sponge.
Mille-feuille: Caramelised puff pastry layered with rich vanilla cream
Apricot cheesecake: Baked vanilla cheesecake with an apricot glaze
Chocolate truffles:Traditional cocoa dusted truffled made with our house blend of single origin chocolates
