We are very excited to tell you all that we’ve taken over the kitchen at the Fly in the Loaf on Hardman street. Formally a bakery and now a pub with one of the best beer selections in Liverpool, The Fly in the Loaf seemed like an ideal establishment for Baltic Bakehouse to be involved with. So when they approached us looking for someone to bring a new approach to their food offering, we couldn’t say no.
Bakehouse Kitchen is open seven days a week from midday till 7pm, we are sticking to our ethos of simple food made to the best standard we can. With our background and the history of the Kirkland's building we’ll be focusing on baking and the best bar snacks around. Think great pies and sausage rolls, along side a selecting of hot and cold sandwiches (something we pride ourselves on at Baltic Bakehouse) plus sharing platters of great local produce from Cheshire smokehouse and southport potted shrimp. If you’re into something a sweet, we have regular treats like the best doughnuts in Liverpool, custard tarts and crack pie. We aim to provide simple great food to have with great beer.
